Scope

This standard specifies an open-loop test method for evaluating the path and directional stability of heavy commercial vehicles or train carriages when using the driving brake system, or only using the retarder or engine brake for braking. This standard is applicable to vehicles of classes M3, N2, N3, O3, and O4 as defined in GB/T 15089-2001.
