GB/T 42699.2-2023 Textiles—Qualitative and quantitative proteomic analysis of some animal hair fibres—Part 2:Peptide detection using MALDI-TOF-MS
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies a qualitative and quantitative method for determining the components of animal hair fibers in textiles using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).
For non-animal hair fiber components, refer to GB/T 2910 (all parts) for testing, and then combine the results to determine the overall fiber content.
This method refers to FZ/T 01057.3 and uses optical microscopy to observe the appearance of mixed fibers for preliminary identification. This method is not suitable for cases where fibers from the same species coexist (such as a mixture of cashmere and horsehair), and such samples can be analyzed and quantified using microscopy methods (for example, the analysis methods described in GB/T 40905.1 and GB/T 40905.2).
