GB/T 42730-2023 Ergonomics—Evaluation of static working postures
Basic Information
Scope
This document provides ergonomic recommendations for different work tasks. It can provide information for people who are familiar with the basic concepts of ergonomics, especially those who are familiar with working postures, and who are involved in work, job positions, and product design or redesign. This document specifies the recommended limits for static working postures without applying any external force or only applying minimal external force, taking into account physical angles and time factors. This document aims to provide guidance for evaluating some task variables, thereby assessing the health risks of working populations. This document is applicable to adult working groups, and these recommendations will provide reasonable protection for almost all healthy adults. The recommendations on health risks and protection are mainly based on experimental studies of musculoskeletal loads, discomfort/pain, and endurance/fatigue related to static working postures.
