Main Technical Content: Cultivation Technical Regulations for Raisin Grapes 1 Scope This document specifies the management norms for new vineyards and mature vineyards used for raisin grape production. The management of new vineyards includes: site requirements, site planning, variety selection, trellis systems, tree forms, and planting spacing; while the management of mature vineyards includes: uncovering and trellising, bud removal and shoot pruning, new shoot binding, flower and fruit management, fertilization and irrigation, pest and disease prevention, shaping and pruning, and harvesting.
