Scope
This document provides general guidelines for monitoring the quality of physical products in e-commerce transactions, including guidance on monitoring preparation, implementation, and evaluation of monitoring results and feedback. This document is applicable to regulatory authorities and third-party monitoring agencies conducting quality monitoring of physical products in e-commerce transactions, as well as to operators of various e-commerce platforms who monitor the quality of physical products sold by merchants on their platforms. However, this document does not apply to the monitoring of the quality of intangible products in e-commerce transactions.
