Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents, instruments and equipment, analytical procedures, and result calculation for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 in grains and their products by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC).
This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 in grains and their products.
The detection limit for aflatoxin B1 in this standard is 0.2 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.4 μg/kg; the detection limit for aflatoxin G1 is 0.5 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 1.5 μg/kg; the detection limit for aflatoxin B2 and G2 is 0.1 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.3 μg/kg.
