This document specifies the performance of parts, components, and assemblies in terms of resistance to mechanical impact, thermal shock, corrosion, scratches, light exposure, and wear. This document applies to parts made from block materials with a Vickers hardness value of not less than 1,200. This document applies to watches whose exterior components, except for the watch glass, are all or partially made of hard materials.
