Scope

This part specifies the determination method of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry for bismuth, aluminum, lead, iron, selenium, copper, magnesium, sodium, and arsenic in tellurium.
This part is applicable to the simultaneous determination of the content of bismuth, aluminum, lead, iron, selenium, copper, magnesium, sodium, and arsenic in tellurium, and also applicable to the determination of one or several elements among them. The determination range is shown in Table 1.
