Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits for the raw wine of solid-state-processed white wine, the energy consumption limits, the statistical scope and calculation methods, and the main energy-saving management measures. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption per unit product of enterprises producing mellow-flavored and sesame-flavored white wine by the solid-state process, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction and renovation projects.
