Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production archives for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage shoots. This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage shoots, including two types: white cabbage shoots and red cabbage shoots. Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production archives for "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage shoots. (2) This document was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization - Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents". (3) Based on the successful experience and practices of "Xiangjiangyuan" Chinese cabbage shoots production, this document stipulates the full-process cultivation management requirements, including land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation (including variety selection, sowing time, seedling management, and strong seedling specifications), transplanting (seedlings), field management (including water management, fertilizer application management), harvesting, and waste disposal.
