Scope

Main technical content: 4 The production environment shall comply with the requirements of Item 4.1 in NY/T 2375-2013. 5 The cultivation substrate shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 in NY/T 1935-2010. 6 The quality of the mycelium shall meet the requirements of GB 19169, and the production of mycelium shall comply with the provisions of NY/T 528. 7 Facilities and equipment - The production sheds shall be built on plots with good ventilation, sufficient sunlight, gentle terrain, and good drainage. The sheds shall adopt a steel frame structure, divided into small sheds and large sheds. The small sheds have a 2.5 m arch height, a 1.6 m shoulder height on both sides, and a length of 24 m and width of 6 m; the large sheds have a 3.0 m arch height, a 1.7 m shoulder height on both sides, and a length of 38 m and width of 8 m. - They shall be equipped with sunshades and tarpaulins. According to the temperature changes, sunshades or tarpaulins shall be covered on the roof and sides of the sheds to regulate the temperature and humidity inside the sheds. - The beds in the sheds shall be leveled and formed into ridges. The bed width shall be 1.5 m~1.6 m, with a height of 15 cm~20 cm. The aisle width shall be 40 cm~50 cm. The beds shall be covered with geotextile or tarpaulins, and sprinkler facilities shall be installed above them, with the sprinkler surface covering all the mycelium sticks. - Each 2000 mycelium sticks shall be equipped with 20 drying beds. The drying beds shall be 1.5 m wide and 50 cm above the ground. The drying nets shall be selected from nylon sieves with a mesh size of 15~20 meshes. The drying racks can be placed in double or multiple layers. Other requirements shall comply with Items 4.3 and 4.4 in NY/T 528. 8 Cultivation techniques - Cultivation period: In Aksu region, one to two seasons can be cultivated. - Spring: Stick preparation and inoculation from January 15 to February 15, and field-based ear induction from April
