Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the production operation requirements for high-yield cultivation of salt-resistant Jing 218 rice using mechanized transplanting in the Panjin coastal area and similar ecological regions. This standard applies to the stable and high-yield cultivation of salt-resistant Jing 218 rice in the Panjin coastal area and similar ecological regions. Main technical content: 1. Factory-scale seedling production technology: Select seeds with a purity and net weight of 99%, a germination rate of more than 95%, and a germination potential of more than 85%, with a moisture content of 14.5% to 15.0%. After sun-drying and removing the husk, the seeds are soaked and disinfected in large germination boxes, with temperature and oxygen supply controlled through warm water cycling to achieve mechanized production processes of soaking, disinfecting, breaking the husk, and germinating rice seeds. Sowing takes place from April 10 to April 20, with 90 g of dry seeds per tray for mechanized transplanting. 2. Mechanized transplanting technology: Transplanting takes place in mid-May, with a row spacing of 30 cm and a hole spacing of (16-18) cm, with (4-5) seedlings per hole, and a basic seedling density of (7.5-10.5) × 105/hm2. The quality requirements for mechanized transplanting are dense, shallow, aligned, and full. 3. Fertilization technology: Apply fully composted high-quality fertilizers (15,000-22,500 kg/hm2) before plowing or rotary tillage. Apply N (225-270 kg/hm2), P2O5 (90-105 kg/hm2), K2O (45-60 kg/hm2), and silicon fertilizer (SiO2 content ≥ 20%) 1,500 kg/hm2. Divide N fertilizer into 60-70% base fertilizer, 20-30% tillering fertilizer (with a ratio of 4:6 between first and second tillering), and 10-20% panicle fertilizer. Apply base fertilizer before rotary tillage, tillering fertilizer at the 4.2 to 4.5 and 6.2 to 6.5 leaf stages, and panicle fertilizer at the 12.0 leaf stage. Apply all phosphorus and silicon fertilizers as base fertilizer, and di
