Scope
Scope: This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" radishes; Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the requirements for the production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, sowing, field management, pest and disease control, harvest and cleaning, packaging and storage, waste disposal, product quality, and production records of "Xiangjiangyuan" radishes. (2) The environmental conditions of the production area should comply with T/XJY 1001 "Environmental Quality of Vegetable Production Areas for 'Xiangjiangyuan'", and requirements for land selection are also specified. (3) Based on the current successful experience and practices of "Xiangjiangyuan" radish production, this document stipulates the full process of cultivation management requirements, including land preparation and base fertilization (including deep plowing and sun-drying of the soil, fertilization, and land preparation for furrows), sowing (including variety selection, sowing time, seed treatment, sowing quantity, and sowing methods), field management (including seedling management, replanting and seedling selection, water and fertilizer management, top-dressing management, and weeding), pest and disease control, harvest and cleaning, packaging and storage, and waste disposal.
