This document is applicable to the production of Lian Du eyebrow biscuits. Main technical content: Sensory characteristics: Sensory characteristics shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 3. Table 3: Requirements for Sensory Characteristics Visual appearance: Golden in color, shaped like a curved eyebrow, with uniform individual sizes and no cracks. Taste: Sweet with a characteristic aroma of sesame. Texture: Crispy. Physical and chemical indicators: Physical and chemical indicators shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 4.
