Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the product standards for Guantao cucumbers. This standard applies to cucumbers grown in facility greenhouses in Guantao County. Main technical content: The "Guantao cucumber" products have straight cucumber strips, short spines, light green flesh, and a shiny black color. The cucumbers are 35-40 cm long, crispy and refreshing, with a slightly sweet taste, and a long fruiting period. The protein content per 100 grams is 0.95 grams, the vitamin C content is ≥16.1 milligrams, the vitamin B2 content is 0.19 milligrams, the calcium content is ≥11.8 milligrams, the iron content is ≥0.23 milligrams, the phosphorus content is ≥79.3 milligrams, and the potassium content is ≥165 milligrams. Notably, the calcium, potassium, and vitamin C content in "Guantao cucumbers" are significantly higher than those in ordinary cucumbers.
