Scope
This standard specifies the items, technical requirements, and testing methods for the inspection of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) X-ray equipment for quality assurance purposes. This standard applies to the acceptance inspection of DSA X-ray equipment (hereinafter referred to as DSA machines), the status inspection of DSA machines during use, and stability testing. This standard does not apply to quality control during the production of DSA machines, nor to the image display systems and hardcopy systems used with DSA machines.
