Scope

This standard stipulates the general principles for the grading of commercial buildings and the grading requirements for super-prime commercial buildings, prime commercial buildings, and secondary commercial buildings.
This standard applies to the grading of commercial buildings that have been completed and put into use for more than one year and have a floor area of not less than 15,000 m2 for office buildings on the ground floor.
