Scope
This standard specifies the composition and classification, technical requirements, and test methods of deep-water positioning mooring systems.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and testing of deep-water positioning mooring systems (hereinafter referred to as positioning mooring systems) for offshore floating devices in waters with a depth of no more than 1,500 meters.
