Scope
This document specifies the voice architecture supporting audio and video, and short message services in 5G systems based on a standalone deployment architecture, including two modes of NR and EPS fallback. It also stipulates the technical requirements and business processes of these services. This document is applicable to the research and development and design of audio and video and short message services in 5G mobile communication systems based on a standalone deployment architecture.
