Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determining the residue levels of nine nitroimidazole drugs, including metronidazole, dimetridazole, tinidazole, lomefloxacin, tenidazole, and isopropazole, as well as hydroxylated metronidazole, hydroxylated isopropazole, and 2-hydroxymethyl-1-methyl-5-nitroimidazole, in royal jelly and freeze-dried powder.
This standard is applicable to the determination of nitroimidazole drug residues in bee products (royal jelly, freeze-dried powder, and honey).
The method detection limit for royal jelly samples in this standard is 0.5 μg/kg.
The method detection limit for freeze-dried powder samples in this standard is 1.0 μg/kg.
