Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for AAA devices that provide wireless LAN access to the EPC, including functional requirements, interface requirements, performance requirements, environmental requirements, power and grounding requirements, timing and synchronization requirements, etc. This document is applicable to the 3GPP AAA system used to authenticate, authorize, and bill users of wireless LANs in the EPC network.
