GB/T 39215-2020 Ships and marine technology—Offshore wind energy—Supply chain information flow
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the content and format of messages for the logistics of wind turbine generator (WTG) components from suppliers to installation sites during the installation and maintenance phases. This standard applies to all organizations involved in the production, transportation, storage, and installation of WTG parts and related components. This standard does not apply to substations. The messages described in this standard only cover logistics operations. Therefore, this standard only addresses part of the entire information flow. This standard does not specify the technical implementation applicable to information technology (IT) products. This standard provides a method based on the Electronic Product Code Information System (EPCIS) standard and explains the use of the extension mechanisms provided by the EPCIS standard to exchange information on the offshore wind energy supply chain. This standard aims to standardize the exchange of key logistics information. This standard specifies the basic information needs of offshore supply chain participants and defines the mechanism for exchanging this information through EPCIS. Due to the high specialization of different offshore supply chains, participants can establish personalized mechanisms for exchanging information according to their individual needs. The low-level extensible EPCIS concept allows end users and industry alliances to expand and improve information exchange. These extensions may go beyond the basic information exchange specified in this standard.
