Scope

This document provides a test method for metropolitan access WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) systems, including system configuration and test reference point definition, optical transmitter/receiver testing, optical wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer testing, transmission function and performance testing, system reliability testing, and network management system function verification. This document is applicable to the testing of single-channel metropolitan access WDM systems with a speed of 10Gbit/s and 25Gbit/s.
