Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the good production practices (prerequisite programs) and hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) technical requirements for safe egg and poultry farming feed. This standard applies to the entire production process of safe egg and poultry farming feed. Main technical content: The "Safe Egg" full-industry chain series standards were developed by the Guangdong Food Circulation Association based on the key issues of food safety of fresh eggs in China, adhering to the principle of combining independent innovation with active introduction, focusing on factors of concern to consumers, more rigorous product traceability, accurate and meaningful food labels, combined with on-the-spot investigation of fresh egg production enterprises and market circulation situations, establishing a full-chain quality management system covering feed, farming, product, and circulation, ensuring full-process traceability of safe egg series standards, and innovatively establishing evaluation criteria and quality supervision systems, aiming to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the egg industry.
