Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination method for the residues of 440 pesticides and related chemicals in Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutipes, Tremella asperges, and Lentinula edodes (see Appendices A and E).
This standard is applicable to the qualitative identification of 440 pesticides and related chemicals in Pleurotus eryngii, Flammulina velutipes, Tremella asperges, and Lentinula edodes, and the quantitative determination of 364 pesticides and related chemicals.
The method detection limits for the 364 pesticides and related chemicals determined by this standard are 0.06μg/kg to 0.61mg/kg (see Appendix A).
