This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of zearanol, β-zearalanol, and zearalanone residues in animal-derived foods.
This standard is applicable to the determination of zearanol, β-zearalanol, and zearalanone residues in animal muscles, livers, fish, eggs, and milk.
The detection limit of this standard method is 1 μg/kg.
