Scope

This part of GB/T 34874 specifies the acceptance and reinspection methods for three-dimensional dimensional measuring machines based on the principle of X-ray computed tomography (CT). The acceptance and reinspection methods specified in this part are applicable to industrial CT measuring machines (hereinafter referred to as CT measuring machines) with three-dimensional geometric dimension measurement functions. They do not include the inspection of individual components of CT measuring machines such as X-ray sources and CT detectors, nor are they applicable to CT measuring equipment used in material analysis and medical fields.
