Scope

This document describes the test method for determining the stiffness of the flexion parts of footwear. -- Method A: Bending moment test method, suitable for whole shoes and soles (except for those with a flexion part thickness greater than 25 mm); Note: The thickness of the flexion part of the sole includes the thickness of the insole, that is, the measurement of the thickest part of the sole (including the insole) along the flexion line of the sole. -- Method B: Bending stiffness test method, suitable for whole shoes and soles.
