Scope

This document specifies the requirements for facilities and equipment, operation and maintenance services, evaluation and improvement of video conferencing operation and maintenance services in government agencies.
This document is applicable to the video conferencing system operation and maintenance services of party and government agencies (including all levels of party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervision organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, as well as trade unions, Communist Youth League, Women's Federation and other people's organizations in the province, and institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law).
