Scope
Scope: This document specifies the basic requirements for rice drying in Jingchu, including drying techniques, safety requirements, and the quality and inspection of dried products. This document applies to the technical management of rice drying within Hubei Province. Main technical content: 3.1 Flat Vibrating Screen A mechanical separation device used for solid-phase processing by horizontally placing a vibratable sieve. 3.2 Cylindrical Sorting Screen A mechanical separation device used for solid-phase processing by a rotating cylindrical sieve. 4 Basic Requirements 4.1 Wet Rice Feed 4.1.1 The moisture content of wet rice feed should be between 16% and 30%. Different varieties and rice with different moisture contents should be stored separately and dried separately. For the same batch of dried rice, the moisture uniformity should not exceed 4 percentage points for continuous dryers and 8 percentage points for batch cycle dryers. 4.1.2 Other quality indicators should comply with GB/T 1350 or GB/T 17891. 4.2 Dryers and Supporting Facilities T/HBLS 0019–2023 4.2.1 Continuous dryers should comply with GB/T 16714, and batch cycle dryers should comply with JB/T 10268. Supporting equipment should comply with LS/T 3501.1. 4.2.2 Dryers should have a drying layer and a cooling layer. 4.2.3 Discharge from dryers should comply with GB/T 16714 and JB/T 10268. 4.2.4 Supporting equipment for dryers (conveyors, pre-drying silos, post-drying silos, etc.) should pass commissioning and meet the requirements of LS/T 3501.1 and be ready for normal operation. 5. Drying Technical Requirements 5.1 Initial Cleaning of Rice 5.1.1 Wet rice feed needs to undergo initial cleaning to remove impurities and debris.
