Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the preparation of preliminary and budget estimates for water transport engineering surveys and reasonably determine the cost of water transport engineering surveys, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the preparation of preliminary and budget estimates for engineering surveys of land and water areas in water transport projects. 1.0.3 These regulations are the basis for preparing preliminary and budget estimates for water transport engineering surveys and should be used in conjunction with the "Water Transport Engineering Survey Quotas" (JTS 273). 1.0.4 Survey labor costs include internal and external labor costs. The base price of survey labor costs and crew labor costs are both calculated at 144 yuan/workday. 1.0.5 The base price of fuel costs is 4,000 yuan/ton. 1.0.6 The base price of survey marking materials is calculated according to the following provisions: (1) Ordinary wooden marks are priced at 1,200 yuan/piece; (2) Small steel marks are priced at 800 yuan/piece; (3) Concrete marking stones are priced at 600 yuan/piece. 1.0.7 The preparation of preliminary and budget estimates for water transport engineering survey costs shall be multiplied by an expansion coefficient of 1.05 on the basis of the budgeted engineering costs. 1.0.8 The survey costs of water transport projects consist of direct engineering costs, measure project costs, other project costs, enterprise management fees, profits, regulatory fees, special fees, and taxes. The composition of the survey costs of water transport projects and the contents of each part are shown in Figure 1.0.8. 1.0.9 The format of the unit project budget summary table is in accordance with Appendix A.
