Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging, and storage of "Xiangjiayuan" chili peppers, as well as requirements for waste disposal, product quality, and production records. This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiayuan" chili peppers. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation, transplanting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging, and storage of "Xiangjiayuan" chili peppers. (2) The production environment conditions of this document shall comply with T/XJY 1001-2021, "Environmental Quality of Vegetable Production Areas in Xiangjiayuan", and requirements for land selection are also stipulated. (3) Based on the successful experience and practices of current "Xiangjiayuan" chili pepper production, this document stipulates the full-process cultivation management requirements from land preparation and base fertilization, seedling cultivation (including variety selection, sowing time, seedling management, and strong seedling specifications), transplanting, field management (including water management, fertilizer application management), harvesting, and waste disposal.
