Scope

This document specifies the measurement methods for non-linear signals of radio frequency (RF) surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices and bulk acoustic wave (BAW) devices (such as filters, duplexers, etc.) used in communications, measurement instruments, radar systems, and consumer electronics products.
