Scope

Scope: This document specifies the technical architecture for the analysis of pig body posture recognition and defines the business process and functional requirements for pig body posture recognition. This document is applicable to the design, production, integration, and application of pig body posture recognition analysis systems. Main technical content: 1. **Pig Target Detection**: To achieve automatic classification and recognition of pigs' healthy postures and abnormal behaviors, we collect video and images of pigs from on-site observations of pig farms, comprehensively consider the characteristics of individual pig image processing, and select and extract features for target pigs based on geometric parameter characteristics to optimize image selection. 2. **Establishment of a Pig Common Posture Image Sample Library**: We integrate and optimize selected images to build a comprehensive pig body posture image library, collecting normal pig posture characteristics and environmental parameters of pig sheds, including temperature, humidity, and ventilation data for data analysis and establishing an effective database. 3. **Wearable Smart Monitoring Devices**: Pigs wear wearable smart monitoring devices (such as ear tags) to regularly monitor their health status, including body temperature, heartbeat, pulse, and respiration. The wearable smart monitoring devices feature Bluetooth connectivity, data transmission, waveform display, data storage, and abnormal alarm functions. Data is transmitted in real time to the terminal and compared with the individual pig's health records in the database. Abnormal pigs are promptly diagnosed and treated, and feeding regimens for individual pigs are adjusted accordingly. 4. **Pig Body Posture Recognition**: Conduct pig target detection on the images to be recognized and extract optimal features for database comparison and analysis.
