Main Technical Content: 3.1 Se-enriched pigs: Through Se bio-nutrition strengthening technology, pigs consume appropriate amounts of selenium during the rearing process, rather than adding selenium elements after slaughter. The selenium content in pork reaches 15μg/100g to 40μg/100g. 3.2 Se-enriched feeding: By supplementing exogenous selenium to pigs, the pork meets the standard for Se enrichment. 3.3 Se-enriched feed: Using natural Se-rich raw materials or adding sodium selenite and Se-enriched yeast that meet the standards specified in GB 7300.302, GB 13078, and NY/T 471, to produce animal feed with a high selenium content. 4 Pig farm environment 4.1 Site selection: The pig farm should be located in an open area with convenient transportation, sufficient water resources, flat terrain, and a favorable wind and sun exposure, meeting the requirements of GB/T 17824.1. 4.2 Water quality: Reliable water supply should be guaranteed for pig production. 4.3 Air quality: The air quality around the pig farm should meet the requirements of GB 3095. 4.4 Planning and layout: Comply with the requirements of GB/T 17824.1. 4.5 Pig housing: Maintain a natural, comfortable environment conducive to pig movement, with appropriate temperature and humidity and good ventilation. Housing facilities should meet the requirements of GB/T 17824.1. 5 Environmental hygiene monitoring 5.1 Disinfection 5.1.1 Entrance disinfection: The disinfection pool at the entrance of the pig farm should be 6m long, the same width as the gate, and 0.2m–0.25m deep. Changing rooms, disinfection rooms, or showers should be set up at the entrances of the production area, and a 1m-long disinfection pool should be set up at the entrances of the pig houses. 5.1.2 Regular disinfection: Disinfect the enclosures once a month with 10%–20% lime milk or 3%–5% bleaching powder solution.
