Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles for non-destructive testing using "thermal neutron radiography", mainly using photosensitive film as the recording medium. The scope includes the generation and collimation of neutrons, the selection of conversion screens, the use of film, the selection of imaging techniques, and the types of materials to be tested. It should be noted that other non-photosensitive film recording media may also be widely used in the future. This standard is applicable to non-destructive testing during the preparation or processing of materials.
