Scope
This regulation applies to the on-site energy-saving inspection of new, renovated, and expanded civil construction projects within the administrative area of Anhui Province. Other buildings with energy-saving requirements may refer to this regulation for implementation. This regulation stipulates the basic technical requirements for on-site energy-saving inspections of civil construction projects. When this regulation conflicts with the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations shall prevail.
