GB/T 43192.1-2023 Road vehicles—Interchange of digital information on electrical connections between towing and towed vehicles—Part 1:Physical and data-link layers
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the data link layer (DLL) and physical layer (PHY) based on the CAN network interface in accordance with GB/T 43192 (all parts). The data link layer (DLL) includes: - DLL protocol entity requirements; - DLL device interface requirements; - DLL network system requirements. Typically, the physical signaling sublayer is implemented in the CAN protocol controller. The physical media connection sublayer is usually implemented in the CAN transceiver or system base chip (SBC). Depending on the requirements, it also includes additional protection circuits. The media-related sublayer includes connectors and cables. The physical signaling (PS) includes: - PS entity requirements; - PS device interface requirements; - PS network system requirements. The physical media connection (PMA) includes: - PMA protocol entity requirements; - PMA device interface requirements. The physical media-related (PMD) includes: - PMD entity requirements; - PMD device interface requirements; - PMD network system requirements. This document is applicable to the communication design for digital information exchange between tractors and trailers with a maximum permissible total mass of more than 3,500 kg.
