Scope

This document establishes the testing principles for off-site radiation correction experiments of Chinese remote sensing satellites, and specifies the requirements for the testing site, preparation for the experiment, experimental conditions, measurement elements, data measurement requirements, and requirements for data processing and archiving. This document is applicable to on-orbit field radiation calibration, authenticity verification, on-orbit performance analysis, and satellite status monitoring experiments for remote sensing instruments of Earth observation satellites in the ultraviolet band, visible and near-infrared bands, infrared bands, and microwave bands. Field experiments for other types of payloads can be carried out with reference to this document.
