This document specifies the energy efficiency evaluation process for boiler pollutant emission reduction methods, the calculation requirements for the molar ratio of calcium to sulfur, the calculation of desulfurization costs, the calculation of denitrification costs, and other requirements. This document is applicable to stoker boilers, circulating fluidized bed boilers, pulverized coal boilers, liquid fuel boilers, and gas fuel boilers for the optimization of pollutant emission reduction and energy efficiency evaluation.
