GB/T 39333-2020 Plain bearings—Quality assurance of sample types—Definitions, applications and testing

Scope

This standard specifies the types of sliding bearing samples used for delivery between users and manufacturers.
In the fields of internal combustion engines and other mass production, it is necessary to use different types of samples according to their intended use.
The types of samples include:
——Test and inspection samples used in the experimental and trial production stages, including assembly samples, prototype samples, and pilot production samples;
——Samples used to demonstrate that the quality meets the quality requirements (size, material, and performance requirements), including batch samples and standard samples, and pilot production samples may be included if necessary.

——Sliding bearing samples that can provide information on specific quality characteristics related to the technical requirements of sliding bearings, including standard samples and samples with modified characteristics.
