This standard specifies the classification, usage conditions, general requirements, car body and interior equipment, bogies, braking systems, air conditioning and heating systems, electrical traction systems, auxiliary power supply systems, control and diagnostic monitoring systems, communication and passenger information systems, automatic fire alarm systems, safety facilities, inspection and acceptance, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage, and quality assurance periods for permanent magnet direct-drive vehicles in urban rail transit.
This standard applies to permanent magnet direct-drive type A and type B vehicles in urban rail transit (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles").
