Scope

Main technical content: 1. **Metal detection process**: Raw materials are transported by a screw conveyor to a metal detector for inspection. After being confirmed free of metal, they proceed to the next process. 2. **Fish body crushing**: After metal detection, the raw materials are transferred to a crusher by a screw conveyor. This machine mechanically crushes the fish bodies to facilitate uniform steaming and cooking in the next process. 3. **Quantitative feeding**: Crushed fish pieces are transported to a quantitative feeder by a screw conveyor. The feeder controls the raw material supply based on the production capacity of the steaming machine in the next process. 4. **Steaming and cooking**: After quantitative feeding, the fish pieces are directly entered into a steaming machine. They are steamed at a set temperature of 160°C for 12–15 minutes. During the steaming process, the fish slurry temperature is regularly checked, and the steamed fish slurry temperature should be ≥90°C. 5. **Screw pressing**: Fully cooked raw materials are transported to a pressing machine by a drainage screw conveyor. During pressing, the pressure is controlled at 0.6–0.7 MPa, and the moisture content of the fish slurry after pressing should be ≤55%. 6. **High-temperature steam drying**: The semi-finished products after oil and moisture separation are transported to a dryer by a conveyor. The dryer is supplied with 95–105°C steam to fully dry the semi-finished products. After drying, the moisture content should be controlled at 8–10%. 7. **Additives (optional process)**: Antioxidants are added according to national standards. 8. **Iron removal**: The semi-finished products after drying are processed through an iron removal device to remove iron, while being preliminarily cooled by air. 9. **Screening**: The preliminarily cooled semi-finished products are transported to a sieve machine for screening to remove large pieces of bones and impurities.
