Scope

This standard specifies the double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method and the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction method for the detection of chrysanthemum stem necrosis virus (see Appendix A). This standard is applicable to the detection of living plant materials that may carry chrysanthemum stem necrosis virus, including asexual reproduction materials, tissue culture seedlings, seeds, and plants, etc.
