This document stipulates the scale and quantity of resource preservation in the in situ preservation library of forest tree germplasm resources, the selection of library sites, the establishment and investigation of preservation forests, the setting and investigation of sample trees and sample plots, the construction of supporting facilities, and the requirements for the management and protection of preservation forests and archival management.
