Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for ecological and environmental protection in coalbed methane development activities, as well as technical requirements for water pollution prevention and control, air pollution prevention and control, prevention and control of solid waste pollution, noise pollution prevention and control, ecological protection and restoration, and environmental management. This document applies to the entire process of ecological and environmental management in surface development activities such as construction, production, and decommissioning during the coalbed methane development process. This document does not apply to the gas extraction process in coal mines. Coalbed methane exploration activities can refer to this document for implementation.
