Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for the spectral radiation characteristics and transient spectral characteristics of pulsed light radiation sources.
This standard is applicable to pulsed light radiation sources such as LEDs, electronic flash units of cameras, signal lights of aircraft and emergency vehicles, photocopiers, colorimeters, and pulsed light displays.
This standard is not applicable to the measurement of pulsed laser radiation.
