Scope

This standard applies to in-use trucks, trailers, and special-purpose vehicles with a total weight exceeding 3,500 kg that have been registered and licensed in our city, as specified in GB 7258-2004 "Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Safety" (clauses 8.2.7, 12.12, and 12.9) and GB/T 15089-2001 "Classification of Motor Vehicles and Trailers" (clause 3.3.4.2).
