Scope
This document stipulates the classification and management requirements for discharge outlets into rivers (lakes, reservoirs). This document applies to the classification and management of discharge outlets into rivers (lakes, reservoirs); the classification and management of discharge outlets into rivers in urban areas shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementing Rules of the Urban River Management Measures of Fuzhou City and the relevant provisions of the Fuzhou Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau. This document does not apply to the classification and management of discharge outlets into the sea.
