Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, strength requirements, and test methods for low-speed truck seat systems (hereinafter referred to as seats).
This standard applies to the seats and their fixing devices of low-speed trucks. Three-wheeled vehicles may refer to it for implementation.
This standard does not apply to foldable additional seats, side seats, and simple seats that do not meet the definition requirements of seats.
